If your PC crashes, or it has hardware problems or the like, it is possible for your Surfulater Knowledge Base(s) to become corrupted. When this happens you will see an error such as:

"The Surfulater Web Database file: SomeKB.SurfulaterWDB cannot be opened or created. 
Images cannot be opened nor saved until this problem is resolved."

To resolve any database corruption issues you need to restore the entire Knowledge Base (3 files per KB) from the last known good daily backup.
