New Version Trial Over Existing Installation
I have just downloaded V3.31 over V2.52.10. The pop-up telling me the trial has ended immediately appears and I can only use as a viewer; when I tried to buy to avoid further investigation I get quoted the full price without the 50.0% reduction.

Hi John,
The V3 upgrade should have run the normal free period, which clearly it didn't. It may simply be that you didn't have the "My Knowledge" Knowledge Base open, which is required for the free trial to work.
Re. Upgrading. I assume your e-mail address has changed since you first purchased V2. If so e-mail me your serial number and new e-mail address and I'll update the web shop details.

Hi John,
Disabling Javascript on our Web site or on our Web Shop site will definitely break a variety of things, including upgrade purchasing.
IMO unless you have a very good reason to disable Javascript, then I wouldn't. We'll likely get to a point where more sites use Javascript than don't, if we aren't there already.
