Hello.

My copy of Surfulater 3.42.0.0 doesn't work properly in IE9. It shows only plain columns but no any content there. FF is working perfectly with the same base without any additional manipulations.

I've exported my base with built-in feature of "publish base" and I can't solve my problem with myself. Please, can you refer me to any FAQ or troubleshooting topics on your forum or gime me some advices how to fix my problem.

Thank you.

While serfing forum articles on troubleshooting I found that for the chrome support there is a special folder in C:\Users\ user \AppData\Roaming\SAIG\Surfulater\ChromeExtension. Is it the same for IE9? I mean is there have to be an IE9 extension folder because I haven't.

Web KB's on your local file system cannot be viewed in IE because of it's security restrictions. They will work if placed on a Web Server.

    See: https://surfulater.tenderapp.com/kb/information-sharing/local-web-k... and http://help.surfulater.com/discussions/problems/20-internet-explore...

There is no folder for an IE9 Extension.
